✨ Custom Jewelry Reservation ✨

Reserve a place for your custom AcuaLea order with a €25 initial deposit.

The minimum value for custom orders is €50, and a 50% deposit is required before I begin working on your pieces.

This listing can be used to reserve an out-of-stock design, request a different colour combination, or order a variation of an existing AcuaLea piece.

How it works:

• Please email me at lea@acualea.com, send me a DM, or add a note to your order describing your request as clearly as possible.

• I will review your request, confirm availability, pricing and the estimated processing time with you.

• Once we have agreed on the details, I can create a private listing for the exact 50% deposit required for your order.

• Alternatively, you may purchase this €25 reservation first to secure your custom-order place. This amount will be credited towards your total deposit.

🦋 I usually share photo updates throughout the process, so you can follow your pieces as they come to life. Once they are finished, I will send you photos of the final result. The remaining 50% balance and shipping costs will then be invoiced before dispatch.

⏳ Custom orders usually take approximately 2–6 weeks. The timeframe may be longer if components need to be ordered from one of my suppliers or from the foundry.

🎨 Each piece is carefully finished and hand-painted with professional patinas for metals for durable, lasting colour.

📦 Once your order is complete and the final payment has been received, it will be shipped via DHL Express or Correos Express, depending on the destination. International Correos Express shipments may be delivered through FedEx.

Note: Custom-order prices are based on the regular product prices shown on the website. Discount codes cannot be applied to custom reservations.

We carefully ship each AcuaLea piece worldwide from Spain, using DHL Express for safe and reliable delivery. Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep, ensuring peace of mind and a seamless experience, wherever you are.

✨ Please note: Customs duties and import taxes are always the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees. This is especially important for clients in the UNITED STATES, where recent tariff changes may increase import costs. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration before placing your order.
