Shipping policy

Estimated Delivery Date

Stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days to anywhere in the world. Please note that when you purchase with Credit Cards, the item cannot be shipped till we receive the payment (and it could take 2 to 3 days).

When products are sale under the principle of Preorder: Copies are available for purchasing/reservation during a limited time period, and the manufacturer start the production as soon as the Preorder is Closed.

The processing and fabrication time is around 2 to 3 months (90 days max.) plus 1 month if you want the artist to hand Paint Your order with patinas or enamels, after the Preorder is closed.

The copies being manufactured on demand, order cancellation is not possible between the moment of the order and shipping.

Shipping:

The shipping cost will be paid by the Buyer. All my creations are carefully Eco-packaged, with appropriate packaging to protect them.

Items will be sent by Priority mail, with signature requirement and tracking number. I will contact you with the tracking number once the item has been posted.

AcuaLea Designs won’t be responsible of any damage during the shipping or transportation from the Artist Workshop to the Buyer's address. You can always ask for an Insurance.

Insurance: I highly recommend this option to be asure your products will arrived safe, REAL price must be declare if you want this option. Please let me know if you'd like to ad the Insurance option in a private message.

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
